About this ebook

My name's Nadia, and I do favors for the High Queen Tarlia of the Elves.

Tarlia is not the kind of woman who accepts no for an answer.

So when the High Queen orders me to help a top investigator solve a murder, I have to do it. Even though I've spent most of my life on the run from the law.

I don't like the investigator, and he doesn't like me.

But that doesn't matter, because if we don't work together, the creatures we're hunting will kill us both...

Jonathan Moeller does an excellent job weaving new characters in with old characters. I love the Nadia books and will be waiting for the next one next year!

About the author

Standing over six feet tall, USA Today bestselling author Jonathan Moeller has the piercing blue eyes of a Conan of Cimmeria, the bronze-colored hair of a Visigothic warrior-king, and the stern visage of a captain of men, none of which are useful in his career as a computer repairman, alas.

He has written the DEMONSOULED series of sword-and-sorcery novels, and continues to write THE GHOSTS sequence about assassin and spy Caina Amalas, the COMPUTER BEGINNER'S GUIDE series of computer books, and numerous other works. His books have sold over a million copies worldwide.
