Out of control killers that revile yet somehow remain "human" at the center of a well-told cop story. I've never read an entertaining story of a manhunt like this one before.

Good story. Exciting and ended with a good moral message about how elusive justice can be. Virgil Flowers is good hearted guy quirky and interesting.
