Every time I read something new from John Picha, I feel more engulfed in his worlds. He has a wonderful ability to create a visual environment and to involve you with the characters' emotions. Can't wait to read the complete version of the mining story!

Where do heroes go to get advice.? Better yet, where do the guardians of the universe get their great wisdom? Are you a scholar? Then learn. Are your seeker? Then search. In John Picha’s book about Skyracos, these metal suit warriors with jet packs go to their founding father’s fountain of knowledge. They must learn the heart of their trade and gain insight directly from the founding Skyraco. Yes, there are times mere mortal men must learn from the treasure chests of enlightenment. The book’s a smooth read filled with solid advice for “would be” guardians of the universe. I would recommend reading the “Skyracos: The Mining Mess” first, as this book will enhance the adventure. If you’re into knowledge and enlightenment, then this book is for you. So pick up your lamp of knowledge and fill it with wisdom.
