This graphic novel is gorgeously illustrated with a story that is compelling. It reveals the foibles of the Jedi and the unspoken regrets of Vader even after he clearly is committed to serving Emperor Palpatine.

All of these stories follow after Revenge of the Sith and continue the Skywalker story flawlessly. Flash backs of Anakin and understanding how Darth Vader was haunted by is past is illustrated perfectly. Following order 66, you see how the Galaxy and scatered Jedi struggle to understand what has happened. A Dark and Action packed story

I absolutely loved this Epic collection of Star Wars The Empire, it has girl enjoy a much deeper insight to the years following Rots (Revenge of The Sith for those who are new to the Star Wars franchise) overall I would say this definitely captures the imagination and brings you into a vast world well beyond that of the original saga
