John Barrowman is a British actor and writer. He is best known for his popular portrayal of Captain Jack Harkness on TORCHWOOD and as Malcolm Merlyn on the CW’s ARROW. He and his sister, Carole Barrowman, have co-written multiple books and digital-first comic for DC, ARROW: THE DARK ARCHER.
