Do u think the book was some help to u? I havnt read it yet. He seems to have found an angel. I hope reading it didn't bring on ur spiraling. I found putting the black memories in a pretty colorful candy striped box. I don't look in it but when it does pop up in my head it's pretty & has no power over me. Learn to love the damaged child within, coz not many gave what was needed & it's still hurts, that affects our adult life. Google + me if u like.

Now thirty-four years old, Joe Peters survived a horrific childhood to bring up five children of his own, some of whom had special needs.
