As a new supervisor I was at a loss as to how to effectively communicate with my team and for a while had just winged it, knowing how to read body language and the situation as whole has been a complete game changer. Not only have my interpersonal relationships improved, but I've also been able to improve myself as an individual.

This books is an excellent read an overview of what it means to get people. Also conforming knowledge that nobody (get it) is an absolute expert on someones responsiveness at a situation could just well be stress. Like the bible this books is like a sign post. Helping you to see with your eyes what you are seeing, saving many relations along the way. Not to be sacrilegious ofcourse. The author as well as all those who worked along side Mr. Navarro, the author, have done an overall excellent job. Thus recommending this book.
