Get ready to take a journey into a world that covers every kind of horror you can imagine. Ghosts and ghouls, demons and Angels, vampires, werewolves, faeries and quite a few goodies and baddies I'm pretty sure you never heard of. The audio book series is masterfully narrated by James Marsters (Spike from the Buffy Series). The first couple of books in the series are appetizers. The third book takes off and the series just gets better and better. Rarely do I recommend anything. People's tastes are so varied. This series, I highly recommend. ENJOY.

The entire plot of this one requires various parties established to not be idiots to suddenly act like idiots, and its resolution feels like a copout. Going to pretend this one's not canon now...

Jim Butcher was born in Independence, Missouri on October 26, 1971. He is the author of The Dresden Files series, the Codex Alera series, Side Jobs, Ghost Story, and the Cinder Spires series. He has also written a Spider-Man novel entitled The Darkest Hours and a novelette entitled Backup. He has contributed to numerous anthologies including My Big Fat Supernatural Wedding, Blood Lite, and Many Bloody Returns.
