Ratings and reviews

Beautiful. I never knew Kal could be so sarcastically funny. I'm glad I was able to read the orgin of this iconic hero. Was a bit confused on how some of the panels worked. For example, one plotline would end and another would start seemingly out of nowhere with little to no warning. Other than that it's pretty good! Can't wait to read more!!!

Great story line. Really enjoyed the book. Imagine my extreme disappointment when it ended at 16 pages instead of its advertised 65 pages.

While the artwork is not the greatest; it is fine for it's time, the story and the way in which the characters are written expresses the very essence of how most of us think about these characters in today's modern context. A very enjoyable first issue.
