Erbody says have to have classical or calmin music to meditate bu thtz false classical n calmin makes me agitated in silence cannot keep still n lose concentration. Been proven dat people concert better with certain music. EBM all different types helps me meditate includin heavy metal n hip hop so maybe suggestion any music thtll help u meditate is much better to put in da play music area

I already looked up the benefit of meditation before so I knew almost everything the author said but I still learned about some different kinds of meditation. Not detailed enough in the sense of science or brainwaves etc. a lot of filibusters and 'uppity' feel that is a little to playful. I can summarize the whole book with just the steps of meditation. this book is for people who are to worked up to actually meditate because the authors perspective is 'motivational' if that. its kinda disappointing. thanks

The beginninh sectiom of the book might seem boring but after that it will guid you through some really interesting and helpful techniques. You can find the best for yourself. YOU WILL DEFINATELY FEEL ITS EFFECT ON YOUT LIFe.
