The recipes are very easy to follow and there are several pictures for the visual learners. I have a physical copy of this book and my favorite one is the pot roast! So easy and so flavorful! I will admit that most of the recipes I do cut down portions or substitute ingredients to make them a bit healthier for my family. Still a very great book to start with for the Instant Pot beginner.

I am not the best when it comes to tech cooking devices other than my slow cooker. I have owned my instapot for over a year and frankly gave up on it. I have had trouble learning to use my instapot and it made me feel kinda dumb. I watched numerous videos and still couldn't get it right. This book is so unbelievably simple to understand. I felt like the author was making it for people like me. I am excited about cooking in my instapot again!
