This book was recommended to me by a colleague, and I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a fascinating look into Germany before World War II, but written as a suspenseful mystery. The character development was excellent, and there did not appear to be any unrealistic bridges in the plot twists. I will definitely read more of Deaver's books.
