Helpful for Christian Men who struggle with the goal of being real men in a society that tells them they are not wanted or needed. It isn't perfect and in fact, definitely needs some additions about Why The Dignity of Women matters besides "They are the weaker sex" and "Because God said so", but is a great intro into how to drop porn and it's harmful attributes, even for those who no longer enjoy, but still indulge.

I loved the book. I was just reading it to distract me from a hard situation but I eventually couldn't stop reading. It made me come back to read it until I was finished. Very helpful advice as well.

Very specific and helpful for men looking to learn how to date in a godly way. I recommend this book to every men that wishes to love truly.
