a step up if you have to read old animal man after grants Run not so bad. I can see why this is some times a Horror book. when you look at what Buddy goes through it works. but its not a must read. if you have to know this cliff was kidnapped in the last few books. nothing comes of it. Buddy seems to ignore his families clear pain as written and though this book goes to dark place its happy to leave him and his family in trama like it does not matter.
