The decent thing to do would be to refund my money. The book is a carbon copy of NYPD RED. Can't ever remember when an author plaguerised his own work. It's unimaginable that the author of the Cross series could put out such tripe. Pathetic! Some entity owes me $8.99

Predictable plot. Patterson seems to be going for quantity rather than quality in the books he now churns out. Will probably lay off his books for a while.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this entire series. The characters are definitely the strong point of these novels, but the cases in the stories (mainly in this one) Jeep the reader on edge. Over all, pretty good, mate.
