I felt sorry for the boy , but only to a certain point for the mother . She should've went and called the police , when the boyfriend Danny came close to hitting her . She would've had a chance to tell her suspicions to the cops , about what he was doing .

Interesting, but not much depth here... needs a good proofreading.
