I can't say enough about this book. I am really big into taking notes from books I read, and I typically have one or two pages of good ones. 7 Rings kept me writing as almost every page had a key takeaway or "method" for continually building my marriage. I really believe this might be one of the best marriage books, if not one of the best overall books, I've ever read, right up there with Love & Respect. Jackie keeps your attention with awesome story telling and precise timing on every point he makes.
