I decided to read book 6 of the series before reviewing this one because, although I was enjoying the series, I was becoming concerned about the repetitive nature of the story line about Agent Zero’s children. Having read the 6th book, I see now what the author was leading up to with it. I won’t say any more as I don’t want to spoil it for you. I’ll just say that, for me, it all fits together now. This story continues where book 4 left off and I recommend that you read all of the books in order. It’s another well written, page turning story that had me reading into the night. Agent Zero, while not always being likable is definitely a character whose stories can run and run.

Another great read that could benefit from a proofreader. "At last he approached the car... He checked the truck first..." Cars have trunks, not trucks. There were similar typos elsewhere that give pause in an otherwise smooth storyline. You would think somebody would fix the ebooks at least. Otherwise another fun book!

I was baited into the Agent Zero book series because I was looking for something that was political and had a thriller element to it. Plus book one was free! Boy did I get it right and receive what I was looking for... From the harrowing opening of Zero being abducted from his home thru the thrill ride of him awakening in an almost Bourne like way, the book and series have been an incredible ride of action and adventure that leaves one almost deliberately pausing and putting the book down so you don't get to the ending to quickly. I'm thru book five now and on my way to purchase number six. If you like political thrillers with spy type action, do yourself a favor and start with Agent Zero and then keep on reading...
