This first offering in a new series by Jack Mars has continual action and suspense. Very intriguing. The action starts from page one and never stops. I could not put the book down!! I started reading in the morning and finished by the afternoon. Jake Mercer is a Secret Service agent in charge of the POTUS protection detail. The interplay between Jake and his partner, Jess Foster, is fun to read. All in all another blockbuster from Jack Mars!! Bring on #2!!

The first book in a new series is a gripping thriller with unexpected twists and turns from start to finish. Jacob (Jake) Mercer a former marine, now a Senior Special Agent in the American Secret Service and responsible for the Presidents personal security is challenged by Trident a new terrorist group determined to kill the President, his family and destroy The White House. Tridents’ leader is intelligent, knowledgeable, and ruthless. The tension builds throughout, and I eagerly await book two.

Wow, what a story. Think this is Jack Mars best work to date. Think I know where you got the idea from though. Looking forward to the next book in the series. These books just get better and better. I prefer your books to Tom Clancy now. You are my favourite author by far.
