I expected a simple description of Taoism, but nothing this brief. It is like the introductory chapter of a book that was never finished. I appreciate the two basic exercises that were included, but I was left disappointed and wanting more. I'm sorry I wasted my money on this book. And now I feel I'm being unkind, which apparently goes against Taoism.

This book is improperly named. It really ought to be named, "An Extremely Brief Introduction to Taoism," and this book should not cost a single penny.

Great read. Allows one to understand the basis of Tao and helps solidify a foundation to build upon. Awesome.
