Not one of my favorites...seemed to me like somebody else wrote it at times...hard to explain but it was off her usual style..maybe the next one will be back to her great story telling..if there is a next one.

A fabulous glimpse into Roarkes early life and his chance to take a really bad guy from his past and with Eve and the NYPSD bring a bad guy to justice. One of J.D. Robb's best Death books.

An old Enemy from Roarke's Past shows up at Eve's latest Murder scene , that shakes old memories. Intent on Clearing up an old open Case Feeney and the commander are Following Eve's orders.
