this book gave me exactly what I needed to understand my anxiety properly, and I felt lighter and better immediately after reading it because of the real life understanding it provides. wish I found this book earlier in my life, strugglers of anxiety and panic NEED to try this book.

About the author

Jimmy Doan is an anxiety and panic attacks survivor himself. After over ten years of misery, ten long years of living in a prison created by his mind and body, he found a way to defeat his condition and became fully recovered. Refusing to allow those ten years to be lost in vain, he decided to turn his personal suffering into something positive.

Instead of moving on with his life after recovery, he turned around and offered a helping hand for those who were still struggling. His social media channel quickly gathered over ten thousand followers; many of those achieved a full recovery using his method.

Suggested by his followers, including some medical professionals, Jimmy decided to offer his entire knowledge about anxiety and panic disorder to a wider audience by writing this book The ACER Method, in hope that many more sufferers can soon regain their confidence, peace and happiness back.
