Ratings and reviews

I guess I don't appreciate this authors writing style. I may decide to read an earlier book in the series to see if I am wrong. I thought the dialogue was bland and the characters were one dimensional. The setting was good, but lacked enough detail to make you feel like you were there. The story overall was good, but the few action scenes towards the end weren't enough to redeem the rest of the book.

I loved reading this book. It had my two favorite characters, Jane and Caleb.
