This may be only the first part, but the story is good so far. It's nice to see an obscure character like Fang the bounty hunter (AKA "Nack" to some fans) get a surge of popularity enough to finally get his first miniseries comic. (Something he never even got in the old Sonic comic series.) He shares the spotlight with Bean the dynamite duck and Bark the polar bear whom some fans may remember from "Sonic the Fighters" who make great foils and supporting characters for him. The comic perfectly captures Fang's personality, comical/clumsy nature, yet still a dangerous and devious hunter, and minor villain. The art is good too, the comic also as a bonus has an interview with a cover artist, and some variant cover page art too.

normally I'm not a fan of the idw sonic comics, there's only a select few I like and this one is one of them! it's definitely on my list of favorites from them right next to Amy's birthday comic and the 30th anniversary book!
