PLEASE NOTE: Before anyone decided to buy and read this, I highly recommend people to read the main series of Sonic the hedgehog up until issue #31. SPOILERS: In summary, the story of this issue is about Dr. Starline plotting his revenge NOT towards Dr. Eggman(Starline, you’re fired), but towards Sonic, why and how? I can’t say. Only one way to find out ;). MY OPINION: When I heard that the writers and artist would make a villain-focused mini-series, I thought it was interesting. I am all for it when the villain of the main-series goes through a set of challenges, like the Hero(es)...except, this series isn’t about Dr. Eggman; it’s about Dr. Starline. Apart from the story of the comic-book, it is a breath of fresh air to see a different art-style this time, and not the art of Adam Bryce Thomas from the main-series. FINAL SCORE: I give this issue a 5/5. Can’t wait to read more. All the power to you IDW. See you all in the next review-section. Bye-bye now :)

So far so good. Starline is in the lead role which is great. This gives Starline time to grow and show-off. And the other villains are used with effectively and specifically. Never thought I see the day when I take interest with a platypus and Zeti.
