it's interesting how this book has two storyline which are both very well-written: the plot in the present and the plot of the murder mystery game. it is entertaining and a bit funny as well, at least for me. i have a fair share of laughs. i like how the murder mystery game is plotted and how the game cards and clues are printed and formatted. pip's theory about it is also amazing. it's a nice quick read. i just got a bit emotional because i read the agggtm trilogy first and reading this is nostalgic. i just feel like i'm expecting a bit more mystery and twists because there are scenes that build up a bit of bone-chilling scenes but turns out it's nothing.
