I’d heard about this as a manga classic for years before it was released last year in English, and had even sought out some fan translations to get some experience of it. I absolutely loved this first volume of this cozy post-apocalyptic sci fi, and felt rewarded for keeping it on my radar for so long. It’s a slice of life comic with an ecological disaster looming in the background. The characters are super charming and the robot protagonist adds another layer.
