I love everything about Gordon Ramsay's cooking shows. I am so delighted to have 1 of his cookbooks. I don't live in a state that he has a restaurant in, so I probably won't ever get to actually taste his food. This cookbook is the next best thing. I can't wait to start cooking. BTW...He should open a restaurant in Chicago land Area!
