Scorch, book 24 of The Steel Brothers Saga written by Helen Hardt. I freaking LOVE this series!! This delightful book is about Brock Steel, who is a very well known ladies man and Rory Pike. Just when I think I have things figured out, Ms Hardt throws another log on the fire and burns me down! The secrets and lies go back generations and may just take that long to figure them all out. But, I can handle that because there are sweet romances and steamy sexiness abundant to keep me busy!

More of the saga. The Steel Brothers and their family saga continues. It is a long series and focus is now shifting over to the second generation with more drama and mystery. The storyline is long and involved. I like the series and the author has created a lot of characters and events to keep you interested. If a reader is not familiar with the series and family, you may find the storyline complicated in parts as the past meets the present.

Never has a series kept my attention for so long. Book #24 and I could read another 24! This is the last book centering around Rory and Brock. I love the dynamic between the main characters. They are passionate, independent and always put family first. When Brock is not with Rory, he is investigating issues from his family's past and illegal problems happening on their property. Rory is busy trying to figure out who she is. Is she an opera singer or rock singer? Read to find out!
