This book is good for beginner's who want to understand Strategy and try to implement the same. I do consider this would be a good starting book for mid-level management. It does cover up some practical example's, but dont expect too much details on strategy (and good part is, the book also doesnt claim that its a deep dive stuff - its up to you to consider it as good/bad). Even good reference material in case you are trying to implement a strategy (give's good pointers). One of the positive points is its from Strategy to implementation.. though again with not too much of detailing. A good read and good to refer book for starters on Strategy..
