Ratings and reviews

I wish the relationships in this book had more substance to them. I kept waiting for a heart to heart moment - or even a sudden understanding - between the main character and someone else. This never happened. I barely knew anything about anyone other than the main character and as a result I didn't have much invested in them. As for the big reveal... it was fairly predictable, but I won't say why. I don't want to spoil anything. It was an interesting read, but definitely not a favorite. I wish I saw more character development

I read a book like this one. The boyfriend even died the same way. Its called Breaking Beautiful by Jennifer Shaw Wolf. I was thinking of this book the entire time I was reading Truly, Madly, Deadly.

Good book. They keep you guessing until the end.
