This is a twisted and domestic suspense that is filled with surprises. Alyssa is a sympathetic character, dealing with a separation from her wealthy husband. But she discovers that he has secrets and enlists the aid of a stranger in a bar to help her navigate her new life. So much is not what it appears in this book. It is definitely a cat and mouse game and the fun is in figuring out who the cat is! All opinions are my own.
