About the author

Kaye Lynne Booth lives, works and plays in the mountains of Colorado. As a multi-genre author and founder of WordCrafter Writing Enterprises she has compiled and edited anthologies and collections of short fiction and poetry, as well as editing novels, self-help and spiritual books. Kaye holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing and is currently seeking an M.A. in Publishing. She was a judge for the 2020 Western Writers of America book awards and currently serves on the editorial team for Western Colorado University and WordFire Press for the Gilded Glass anthology. Jonathan Maberry is a New York Times bestselling author, five-time Bram Stoker Award-winner, three-time Scribe Award winner, Inkpot Award winner, and comic book writer. His vampire apocalypse books, V-Wars, became a Netflix original series. He writes in multiple genres, including suspense, thriller, horror, science fiction, fantasy, and mystery; for adults, teens and middle grade. His novels include the Joe Ledger thriller series, Bewilderness, Ink, Glimpse, the Pine Deep Trilogy, the Rot & Ruin series, the Dead of Night series, Mars One, Ghostwalkers: A Deadlands Novel, and many others, including his first epic fantasy, Kagen the Damned. He is the editor of many anthologies including three X-Files anthologies, Aliens: Bug Hunt, Don’t Turn Out the Lights, Aliens vs Predator: Ultimate Prey, Hardboiled Horror, Nights of the Living Dead (co-edited with George A.
