This book has it all, as Gotham City is so bad the US disowns it and crime factions aplenty. Catwoman's heists and fulfillment rewards/economics are great. I enjoyed seeing Two face go up in court vs Harvey Dent. Joker even bends over with kiss this pig to taunt a cop. Many touching moments with Asrael too. Gordon even calls out Batman for disappearing on him. The city breaks down to even have Christmas be a hard time for Oracle to give gifts. Very touching scenes, as well as Leslie Thompkins' pacifism too. So many rogues, so little time 😀.
