I enjoyed this book as an easy read. It's a compelling story of a quirky guy who's condition makes it almost impossible for him to meet and interact with people. This, until he meets someone who challenges him. The side story is also interesting and gives the reader more thorough background information about the other characters of the book.

I'm not much of a reader, especially fiction books, but when I find one I like I don't put it down until I've finished it. This is what happened when I started reading this book. I love the smart characters that I feel we can relate to on some level. Don is hilarious because we all know that person that struggles socially, or maybe it's yourself, as is the case with me. You root for him to find that person that is the other half he needs to balance him out.

This book is a fascinating story of the unique perspective of the autistic mind! It pulls the reader along the intense, personally logical routes that neurotypical people often cannot understand, weaving a beautiful love story. I hope, if a movie is made of this, Matthew Gray Gubler, from Criminal Minds, is considered for the role of Don. From page 1, I mentally had him as the character!
