A great book for laying out the details of how to organize and operate inside a business. Sometimes a few things seem overly simplified (like his approach to people) but that's part of the beauty in that there's clarity in simplification. It does feel a little bit like you're being sold to with focus being so strong on his one system. Nothing super inspirational, just good business information.

The thoughts shared in this book would work well for a 10 people plus business. However my business runs with less people so not all ideas are able to be implemented. I did get some good ideas that are already working in my business

I read this in jail, and it opened my mind up so so so much to the real world of business. It taught me how to keep my (legal) business and team in order to keep moving forward. Recommend for ANYONE
