this book is absolutely wonderful. i recently bought it at Barnes and Nobles, and reading it gave me a whole new world to think about. although the story, the concept is complex- you'll understand how amazing this comic turned out to be. there's a picture of Gerard Way in the end of the book that made me giggle. My Chemical Romance’s album, Danger Days, (my favorite) is absolutely AMAZING xD. my favorite song from there would be Destroya, and The Kids From Yesterday. When I was looking through that album in 2015, I was a little curious about the title, so I searched it up and figured out there was a whole comic series about it. My Chemical Romance is my favorite band, and I'll never forget them. read this book, I promise you won't regret it, it's worth every penny. long live val velocity (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.) edit: remember! gerard wasn't the only one who came up with the book- Shaun Simon is also a great writer, and I recommend one of his books, the neverboy. I also worship Frank Iero.

Only recently I found about My Chem, but when I heard that their album "Danger Days" had a comic... I knew I had to read it. The story, colors, and EVERYTHING about this book is great! I admire Gerard Way and this book will now always take a special place in my heart.

This entire book -with its bright colors, amazing scenarios, and brilliant creators- truly gives you something to think about. Whether you're simply interested in the story, or what Shaun and Gerard say in the end, the entire creation is outstanding. So KillJoys, now is the time to be creative. Normal is boring; go against society's standards. Be weird.
