The epic conclusion of the war in Paragon. This is the culmination of everyone's efforts as it's no more about the dragon siblings and the witches but also about the other kingdoms. The resurrection of Aitna and Avery were very emotional but the surprise was the unintentional resurrection of Marius. I had squealed with joy that "Yeah, he's alive!" Knowing that he isn't fit to be king and not even interested just like Rowan isn't interested in being queen, Marius willingly gives up his rights. I also loved the ending when Charlie still growing talks to Marius, she's so cute and innocent, trying to help him. Can't wait to know more about Marius since nothing much has been known about him in the previous books.

Loved reading every single one of these books in the series and book 8 certainly did not disappoint! Some brilliant twists in the story that will keep you on the edge of your seats I can not wait for the final book but can not believe they're coming to an end. I won't say anymore purely because I don't want to ruin the surprises that lie ahead of you in this book.

Exciting intrigue with just a tantalizing wift of romance. Can't wait to get the next book in the series!
