oh my god I can't even begin to express how effin on POINT Gary John Bishop is... if you are put off by anyone who has a no nonsense approach to real wisdom... then this wouldn't be your book. i read this whole book in less than a day because I was captivated by how much he understood why humans do what they do. He is mental health professional who isn't interested in sugar coating and patting you on the back. He is real, he is Scottish (I love his audiobooks) and he may seem like he is harsh but if you read until the end you will understand why his wisdom and knowledge is exactly what we need in this day and age. If you want to become more of a person who emits honor, then this book is the way to go!
