Garth Ennis kills it everytime he writes a Punisher comic and this is one of his best stories. The artwork looks okay to me, but it was a stylistic choice that I can appreciate. It has an amazing action scene at the end, and Frank shows no mercy on those that deserve to be punished. Hopefully Google Play will upload "Welcome Back Frank" next.
