About this ebook

Suimei finally has his base set up, new housemate and all, and is primed to devote himself to his research in trying to find a way back home. But things are never that simple for our hard-luck anti-hero from another world. There's still a shadow on the loose in the city and an unfinished duel with a real hero to settle, but to make matters worse, someone new seems to have taken an interest in Suimei and his affairs. Meanwhile, Reiji and the others continue their own quest to save the world, which may take an unexpected turn.

The author has a ton of bad habits that drive me nuts but the 3rd and 4th books were a huge improvement over the 1st and 2nd so I'm hoping it only gets better from here.

In the 4th volume the fight in the empire's capital take place. All the major characters are for the action. Two of the summoned hero fight each other. This was grand magic battle and when all the dust settle Suimei's friends and comrades may be one close to their goals.
