No spoilers so what can I say? It's Red Sonja! And whomever gave it a 1-star rating really needs to be magically transported to Sonja's world to face her for daring to be such an [explative] as to give any tale about her a 1-star rating! But seriously, this is as good as any other Red Sonja story so if you're fan you will definitely enjoy this as well! But if you already dislike the Red Sonja stories (then you should get your head examined!) or if you've never read any of them before I would recommend NOT reading a story that you already know you dislike or not to start with any other book in the Red Sonja tale than Issue #1 of Volume #1 - IOW: start at the start of her tale not at some random point along the way! If you know nothing about Sonja & what made her & her world then simply jumping into her tale somewhere well along its way could make her seem worse a person than she is to some & might make parents looking for a good female role model for their young girls feel 1☆s are fair.
