There are way too many editing errors in this volume, especially considering how long it took to be translated. Not a few - a couple dozen, and I'm only halfway through.

This second war games arc, which neither of the two have ever been close to my favorite arc, is just too long (and boring). I mean Bell is kept artificially young just to "avoid the sex issues of older people!" Aiz should just kiss him and be done with him clearly as that's as far as their relationship is ever going to go. Heck, one could make an argument that Lefiya is just as likely to end up with Bell than Aiz is. 🙄 🤔 🤣 Also, it's obvious that Ryu is the true winner because she just ends closer and closer to him at the end of every story arc than anyone else. They're practically married, and he's only just short of sixteen years old! This is honestly a great series, and the reason why I gave it a five * rating. If I'm being honest with myself, it's a one * rating for this book, because it's just a repeat of my least favorite previous story. I know the war games are excuses to make Hestia familia stronger, but does that really happen at the end either of these games?!

Fantastic conclusion! Also fantastic on maintaining the power balance between the characters (Bell being balanced between OP and not OP). Also our wind character level up (fantastic idea). Although I'm afraid for a school arc idea, if it is short, like volume 8's filler arc (hestia, bell, wallen whats it arc not filler) then great. if extended beyond what the author wants, like most editors want for more money (boku no hero academia etc) then that'll suck. (and lose people). while I hope it (series) will end after the battle with the black dragon (3rd quest, story book); I have no clue how you will reach there. (Guessing Bell will need to be level 10) I am hoping for the best and will continue to support this light novel series. I honestly rate this series as great as A certain magical index / a certain scientific railgun series / universe. or a got reincarnated as a spider (I'm a spider so what (english)). (mushoku no tensei also though I haven't completed yet, reading manga).
