Not sure what rewrite of the book this is but it is not the original story of "The Tower Treasure". I would never have bought it if I had known.

The collective pseudonym, Franklin R. Dixon, were a group of ghostwriters who wrote the stories of characters created by Edward Stratemeyer, founder of the book-packing firm, Stratemeyer Syndicate.
