The first volume I thought was too fast paced. Way too many major plot points happened one after another with little character development. This one I found the pacing much tamer and is fleshing out the undeveloped characters little by little. Its hard to tell if this series will keep my interest long term due to how unbelievably overpowered the MC is, but for now I'm enjoying it a lot.
