This cookbook is very full of text. Not that this is bad, but they go into a lot of detail about when they serve the dish and other things. Great sounding recipes though. Just realize that they aren't for the feint of heart. Extremely in depth recipes that show you how to make everything involved.

It suits my taste perfectly. Some dont like all the talking they do but I love it! I always wanted to know what works best what doesnt. I've been actively looking for ways to improve my baking so this is heaven to me. Sure its more for those who are aventurous :-)

Elisabeth's work has appeared in numerous magazines, including Food & Wine, Bon Appétit, and Travel & Leisure, and she has appeared on the television program Martha Stewart Living.
