in this book you will find most of the pages filled with quotes of people and Wikipedia information like psychology from Wikipedia and Google, it is better to self-study and read those articles for free and read those quotes, or you will find websites where you get real hard work and professional stuff too.. not like an experienced person giving special advice and etc the person we look after a professional, is experienced person and it's not seems to an experienced person sorry to say I am feeling this person write this book because he or she reads so many book from childhood and he got feelings to write a book, I already exposed to such person so he or she is seems to me that person

This book is like many habit forming books. It pulls quotes from other habit forming books to help emphasize the author's point. This book gives good points on habit forming and breaking. However, it does not go too far into detail on how to form or break habits. I would recommend any other book for people who actually want to learn how to form or break habits. However, if you want a quick science lesson on habits, then you should read this book.
