About the author

Edward Leedskalnin (1887-1951) was a Latvian-American engineer and sculptor, best known for his construction of Coral Castle in Florida. Despite his lack of formal education, Leedskalnin possessed a keen interest in science and a unique understanding of the principles of magnetism and electricity.
