This book does a great job breezing through highlights of the mesozoic era, from the earliest dinosaurs to Tyrannosaurus and birds. It packs a lot in to a small book that's perfect for reading with my 3 year old and 4 year old. The illustrations are mostly gorgeous, and the text is fun and informative.
