Piece together Shibumi, plus T's two "Sanction" novels, throw in Die Hard, Lethal Weapon's dislocated shoulder, Indiana Jones, beyond Bond unrealistically complex escapes, Sherlock Holmes (of course) & even Dr. X & you have this novel. You'll be checking the spine every 2 pgs just to keep grounded in what the heck you're reading. This must be the most insidious example of plagiarism by bulk I've ever seen.I'm surprised that it has such a high review. I'm just glad I got it as a $2.99 Bargain Book. Nuff Said

...It builds to a fiery crescendo that fantastically settles yet another (and to some a final) chapter in the Pendergast series. I personally view all books that include our favorite FBI Agent as Pendergast novels because I am captivated by his part in each story over all other characters. The conclusion of Two Graves makes room for an equally exciting new vein altogether that I cannot wait to read... should the authors bless us with more.

I saved this book for 6 months, because it was the last book to read from the dynamic duo. Once I bought White Fire, I engulfed this book. If I ever find out you two write your very last book, I will hold onto reading it until my deathbed.

About the author
